Aleksey Afromeyev was a Russian guitarist, composer, teacher, and publisher from Tyumen, Siberia. He is perhaps best known for his role in publishing guitar magazines — taking over Guitarist in 1906, renaming it Guitarist Music (1907–1910), and later publishing Accord (1911–1914) — but he also left a modest body of compositions for the instrument.
