Aleksey Afromeyev was a Russian guitarist, composer, teacher, and publisher from Tyumen. In 1906, Valerian Rusanov transferred ownership of the magazine Guitarist to Afromeyev, who continued its publication under the title Guitarist Music from 1907 to 1910 and later as Accord from 1911 to 1914.
