ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. We will email you at each step of the process so that you can be confident your order is on the way! 

 

DUTIES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MusiCurate is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Sheet music and magazines are generally exempt from all duties.

Please email us (music@musicurate.com) to let us know if your order is delayed at customs or subject to import duties so that we can continue to improve our services.

*Shipping times vary by country and may be subject to delays resulting from customs processing in the destination country.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to copyright concerns, we do not accept returns for any item containing written music (including books and scores).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or digital products.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at music@musicurate.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
